“Jeez, that was a long time ago. What a question. I can honestly say I’ve gone blank, yeah, I’ve gone blank.
Well there’s just too many to break it down. I don’t know. I can’t even honestly answer that. Yeah, I guess my mum. Everything she’s done for me. All the shit I’ve given her, all the lesson’s I’ve learned. Yeah, my mum, she’s my everything. My brothers, and my husband. Oh, I love you. Love you Mum, hard.
Love is like, it makes you feel, you know, it’s love. Makes you feel happy, makes you smile. I don’t know how to word it actually. Yeah, makes you do some crazy things, as well. That’s a, that’s a big question.
Growing up, yeah I think I had a good life, growing up. I’m from a little town called Murupara, in the Bay of Plenty, and most important; family, I’ve learned. Family is most important to me. Moving to Auckland from, from where I’m from, you sort of forget your family, or you don’t forget them, you’re not there all the time, and you’ve missed out on a lot. When you’re in Auckland you’re just working. Work takes over your life, don’t even have time for your immediate family.”
