Fiona | Auckland CBD

“My name is Fiona, and I live in the CBD of Auckland. Maybe some things about work or the new scene around me.

Maybe I will think about things about the future, and work; what work I can do in the future? Because I came from China, and if I want to work here, I must spend some time to go back to school and do some studies. So maybe it’s hard work for me in the future, so I will think about that in the night. Because I was a doctor in my home town, so maybe I will learn a similar subject, maybe medical.

I was born in Shanghai, China and I think I’m a good girl from when I was a child, and I did my Chinese study, and actually finally became a doctor in China. So, I have spent many years studying, but decided to move to Auckland, because my husband found a good job here and we want to give my child, my baby a better environment, so we came here. I’ve just been taking care of my baby. Yes, my baby is just seven months old.

We like it here because the food here is delicious and fresh. The air is very fresh and the people here are very friendly. Yes, I will go home every year to spend some time with my parents and my friends there.”
