“Nothing much special happens to me – but I got to see my newborn nephew. I’ve got two new-born nephews just recently being born, and I’ve been privileged to see both of them this last week, which is pretty awesome.
I grew up in Pukekohe, for the first nine-and-a-half years of my life. It was pretty cool back then. Things were a lot cheaper back then. I’ve been around New Zealand a few times. I shifted to Takanini after nine-and-a-half years of being in Pukekohe, and spent the rest of my primary school days there and my intermediate days in Manurewa. There weren’t many gangs around then. Things were pretty cool, back in the day. There was always gangs around the place, but not, not anything like today’s society. Things were a lot cheaper then, which is good. Things were a lot easier for a lot of people. There wasn’t so much struggle, and financially as there is today in quite a few people’s lives. Time has changed since I was a young kid, but it’s not too bad. My life’s okay at the moment. So, things could be worse, I suppose.
Today’s prices of things are phenomenal, and it’s pretty ridiculous if you ask me, Bro straight up. I spent a bit of time in Australia, working. I got to see Sydney for a little while. It was a bit of hustle and bustle there. There was a lot of smog around the city, but generally, people were sort of nice. I felt pretty small being in Australia, because it’s quite a big place, and it’s not as small as New Zealand, and not as good at home, so I came back home.
I value family the most in life, because without family you haven’t got anything, pretty much and, and love of my family and just friends and family, and people. It’s pretty awesome when people say good morning to you in the morning when you don’t expect it. It makes your day kind of, which is pretty nice. I’ve got two little cute nephews just been born recently; one just before Christmas, and one after Christmas. That’s pretty awesome seeing new faces in my family, and our whakapapa. That’s the genealogy of Māori. We’re blessed with two new people in our family, which is pretty awesome, and hoping they have a good life.”
