Tatiana | Massey
“My name’s Tatiana and I call Massey my home in Auckland. I guess the first moment that pops to me is probably last year. I finished Year 13 and I got an Excellence endorsement, and a scholarship, and so that’s probably the most memorable so far.
So I was born in Nelson, and I kind of moved around. We lived in Gore, my brother and my parents, and then we stayed in Tauranga till I was eight, and then we moved to Auckland. Ever since then I’ve just grown up here. So I went to Mt Albert Grammar School, and my last year of high school went pretty well, and it was definitely because I had such great teachers and friends. Especially one teacher, Samantha French who was my dance teacher, and she supported me all the way through high school, basically always looking after my mental health, and just big ups to her because definitely everything I’ve achieved in high school, she always supported me through, always had faith in me, and just a big thank you.
In the future I, I would really like to do something in medicine or science. Definitely, I’d like to give back to the community and make my parents proud.”
