“Probably the other day when I was five dollars short, somebody leant it to me at the shop. A complete stranger, they were waiting in line behind me to pay for their stuff, and I was five dollars short.
So, I was going to put some things back, and they turned around and handed me five dollars so I could get the rest of the stuff that I was going to put back.
I actually help out with cancer stuff by shaving my head and everything. My 18-year-old cousin was diagnosed with a brain tumour when he was six months old. So, I do it for that. My God-brother passed away at 11 from cancer, and my dad also passed away from cancer. So, I help out by shaving my head, so hopefully they can find a cure.
I reckon it’s important that everybody should help anyone out, whether they’re in need or not. If you have the resources to help someone, why not?
I grew up in Rotorua, and the most important thing to me is family.”
