“At the moment how people in general have been handling this Covid-19. Most of them all stuck to the rules, which was pretty good. I’m one of the ones that are high risk, so I’ve been in quarantine since the day before Covid was locked down, but been getting along.
Been really quiet, because it’s just me by myself. So, going a bit crazy talking to myself with no-one else too, but I get through it with the help of friends and other family members. I suffer from black-outs and heart failure, and at the moment, I have a low immune system.
I’d tell everyone to just to keep practicing your distancing, and being safe.
I do some drawings. Do jig-saws. I’ve gotten into doing 3D jig-saws. Just doing housework and trying to stay sane.
I’m originally from Auckland. I’m a father of 14, grandchildren of 13, so far, being nine girls, five boys. Only moved to Wellington in 2003. Haven’t gone back to Auckland since. Better life down here. My kids and that are down here. My kids and my mokos, they’re the most important thing.”
