“So at the moment, I am proud of New Zealand due to the results of the Covid-19. I think that Kiwis are great people, and we’ve put in a tremendous effort, to see the results that we have at the moment.
As a result of Covid-19 and the situation around the world, I work at Air New Zealand, which has affected me work-wise, possibly with redundancy, but I was blessed to be put on as part-time, instead of full-time, which I’m happy with.
So, through this time, I have learned that I can’t stay at home every day and do nothing. I need to work, or I need to be out doing something, and I also started riding a bike.
I grew up in Māngere, and went to school in Māngere. I am proud of South Auckland, and the people. I find that South Auckland has a beautiful culture, and the people are friendly, and I love visiting here for the food and I also have friends and family that live here.
I think Kiwis in general are caring people. We have a great leader, our Prime Minister, and we want the best for ourselves. So, I’ve also found that living out of New Zealand and coming back to New Zealand after 18 years, that Kiwis are just wonderful people, and they truly care.”
