Frank | Panmure
“I am Frank, Panmure. Gets busy sometimes. I grew up in the Islands.
Yeah, doing boxing, rugby, karate, riding a horse, cowboy. Walking Samoans, they do their breakfast, have talking and you go for a walk on the mountain, and on the beach and then come back and talk again, and some cup of tea to finish. Praise to God. It makes you fit, strong, more healthy. Happy. Oh dear, fellow Sialaoa Sefo, he’s the man. He brings all our Walking in Samoan’s, about 21 Walking Samoan’s to New Zealand. He’s the boss. He knows, he took all the Samoan’s and make them walking. Help the others, talking. Help make you warm up, and help you feel your blood, heart attack, no? Doing the exercise, and prayers, and heart attack? Gone.
We changed now. We’re happy and get fit, and we’re strong. Be happy and be strong, and come do exercise, sometimes walk in the morning, go running and come back. On Wednesday you come back here for the Walking Samaons. I will stay.”
