“I last experienced anger when my dog was impounded because I was scared that I couldn’t get her out, so I was pretty angry at that. Not only that, but the cost as well is pretty high. So, I was angry at that as well.
I usually talk to people. Yeah, people that are close to me; I’ll talk to my mum as well, because she helps me a lot, or I just, yeah I like to go somewhere where it’s just peaceful. There’s no noise and you can, I can think about it, and my actions to it, what I do to and yeah.
Maybe more brochures for places that deal with anger management, or posters or an event that, that showcases anger management and how to deal with it and stuff, would be good, I think.
Family is important to me. I grew up in Australia and moved to New Zealand 10 years ago. Yeah, family and animals are important to me, because that’s, when I was growing up, that’s what I had with me animals and my family. So, that’s what, yeah comforts me.”
