“Actually to be honest, the last time I felt stressed was a couple of days ago, and for me, to deal with all that was, I had to, I had to open up and speak.
You know? To let it out, and for other people to give me more advice and help me.
That’s how I deal with stress, is to sort my own problems and find a solution, and solve it, move forward, always with a smile. It’s, I could say relationships. Stressed over relationships. Problems, things that you, you’ve held inside for so long.
Through my lifetime, I’ve struggled heaps, and till today I’m still trying to find my way. Still trying to find my way, but what I value, here in this world is making my family proud. Just trying, trying to be able to just get out of my comfort zones and just be who I am, out in the world.
Well there are people out there that, for yourself who you, who you trust. You know? It’s not every person that you trust, but for yourself there is that one person you can go to. That you can open your mouth to that person, it makes you feel a lot better having, having it to come out of your own mouth to somebody you trust. It’s like you’re helping yourself in a way, letting all the problems go, and just having to just find a solution to move on from that. As in, just don’t worry about the bad things.
Yeah, just keep going ahead with, with what you want to do in the future. Just push yourself to where you want to be in the future. Always let that be in the back of the mind where it just pushes, it’s always there in your mindset, just pushing you to the limit where you want to achieve your goals, and have that perfect future. Not holding all that pain inside, and not having to just say anything, and not open up to anybody.
Well, my hopes, you know, I want to, I want to just achieve all my goals that I had in primary, you know, where I started all these goals. Because I’ve realised that I’ve been struggling, and that I couldn’t, I couldn’t move forward until I had let all these problems out. For me to just let go of all of those and move forward.
I just like to say to everybody it’s not best to hold every pain in, every struggle in. It is the best option to trust, to that person you trust, and just open up, speak up, and find a solution to move forward from that, for the better of yourself, to have a better future.”
