“Oh, in the morning, I wake up, watch my family things first, and we’re still together in the same room.
We pray together to give God what things He, the day and the whole week. I’m so happy to be here in New Zealand to meet my family, and also my friends. I’m so happy when I’m here in New Zealand. It’s a nice place. Yeah just live here in New Zealand, go around, watch movies, yeah. That’s all.
I don’t know, eh? Just school, after school my aunty wanted me to come here in New Zealand to visit, see the children, families, relatives here in New Zealand. Yeah, I’m going back on Wednesday the following week. Yeah, I am happy when I’m here in New Zealand.
I’m cheffing in Samoa, in the resort. Yeah, that’s my job in Samoa. Cooking for the people who come visit to my island, Savai’i. Yeah, serve them what they want. Yeah, that’s all. Show them around in Samoa.
Yeah, I live ah with my aunty, told me to come here in New Zealand. I was happy, and this is my first time to come here in New Zealand. Yeah, so meet my families, my friends. Yeah, I was happy when I’m here in New Zealand now. Yeah, may go back to Samoa and miss my friends, my family, and especially my aunty that she gave me a visit, to visit here in New Zealand.
My aunty is a teacher. Yeah, maybe 10 years ago, she moved here in New Zealand. Aunty and her husband, yeah, he came here in New Zealand to look for a good job. Yeah, after that he got a job. He’s a teacher here in New Zealand. Yeah, considering the family grew up. He came to my land in Samoa and told my mum, she wanted me to come here in New Zealand.
I’d like to live here in New Zealand, but family, I know it’s not easy for someone to leave because all the things, because of money. If you didn’t have a job, so what can you be here in New Zealand? So, that’s why I’m thinking about if I came here without jobs, I don’t know what I might do here in New Zealand.
I’m in Māngere, to visit my family here in New Zealand. It’s a nice place. Yeah, just looking around. Yeah, seeing what things are here in New Zealand. Yeah, that’s all.”
