“I’m just grateful for having a roof over my head, and grateful for having an income. Oh, and friends and family.

It’s pretty hard to get a 40 per cent deposit for the house, yeah but I’m grateful that there’s builders out there that can build me a house, when I find one. I was just talking to one, and he’s a bit too tired to get out of bed.

Up to at the moment? Just enjoying life. Getting over the stress put on the earth with Covid-19, and just keeping in touch with people. Pays to keep in touch with your family and friends, if they don’t keep in touch, you keep in touch, on a regular basis, and friends don’t rip off friends.

No matter how much trouble you get in, you’ve always got a roof over your head in this country. No matter how poor you are, you’ve always got a roof over your head. Due to the Government bringing the law in, and that. So, we’ve got a beautiful country to live in and hopefully she stays in power for another three years.

I’ve been troublesome since I was five years old. Nah. I don’t know. It’s just in our nature. Just in our nature to be bad. We’re not meant to be bad, but we’re labelled as bad. The world’s getting badder. Just homicides.

My advice would be to just stay focussed on your career. Get your career sorted before you get out in the world. Get your salary sorted. Then once you’ve got that sorted, you’re away, but we’ve all had obstacles. I’ve had obstacles. People like shooting me down while I’m getting through a career course or something. Getting kicked off courses. Pays to get a career under your roof. Aotearoa is a beautiful place to get it.”
