“Last night actually. I went to ‘The Project’ as an audience member, so that was pretty fun. It is actually live, it’s great! This is the third time I’ve been. I love it. I like seeing what goes behind the scenes. I like the story behind everyone, rather than ‘what you see is what it is’. So I found it really great.
Having fun is so important. If you don’t have fun, then all you have is sadness. If all you’ve got is sadness, it leads you into depression, and if you lead into depression, it’s a horrible existence. So I do think fun is very, very important.
I grew up in New Lynn. I’ve lived here for 16 years, then I lived in New Plymouth for two. Then I came back up and I now currently live in South Auckland which I find home. My values are family, faith being dependent on what you believe in. I’m very, very eclectic in what I believe, so I believe in all sorts of things. Morals definitely are important to me. Stand up for yourself, stand up for what you believe in, without being rude. That’s what I believe in.
I believe in Wicca and paganism. So, I believe in the natural herbs of life, the stones, the healing, the intent, definitely the intent behind everything that we do, everything we say, think, believe; all of that. What your intentions are is the most important thing I think in anything that you do, whether you’re a cop, whether you’re unemployed; your intention when you leave that door is most important, I believe anyway.
I’m currently unemployed, so that’s why I’m here, I look after my nieces. Family are very important. I’ve got a sick cousin at the moment. That’s how I spend my days; family, friends, doing household stuff I guess.”
