“I have fun every day because I work in the fun environment. I work for McDonalds as a manager, so I have fun every day while working.
I was born in India, and I was brought up in India. I have a wife, and got married like nine months ago, in July. I came to New Zealand three years ago. The one thing which really matters to me is my family and relations and responsibilities, and the way you respect other people, like only if you show respect and love to other people, then only they will show you respect, and other people. So that’s what matters to me most.
I like to meet new people every day. So that’s what I do in my job when I provide customer service to the people, and know what they need and what they are expecting from the food industry, and to reach their expectations. I like selling to people the most, and I’m doing that in my job. That is one of the responsibilities. So I like working there.
You can’t stay at one place without having fun. If you were working, for example like I’m working for eight hours each day; I cannot stand and work a machine without having fun, so I have to create fun to make the people work hard, and I have to create fun to reach the goals, and everything. So have fun, because that is the important part in life, like which makes everyone happy.”
