“I’m from India, particularly from Punjab. I’ve done post-graduation, a masters in education, and masters in finances. I’m here to give direction to my future, and it’s a good place to live.
We were parking, me and my husband were parking car at the Countdown store, and there was an old couple who were sort of having a problem with their car, and we helped them and well, they thanked us and we feel grateful and very happy. So, they are in touch with us now, as well.
They [family] are in touch through email, and I have a six month old daughter now so they are in touch with us, with the dad, and they always ask about how she is, how well she’s growing, and even what we do in New Zealand. When a babies teeth come through we give a gold coin to them, to our babies, so they are just giving direction and they are helping us as we helped them once.
It’s within yourself, how you take the situation at that moment. If you are in a hurry you will not see them or, if you are in your own problems, maybe you will not see them. So, if you are relaxed and you are doing jobs well in your routine, and if you see someone needs help you will straight away go and help them.
Yes, it’s spiritual. We visited them at their house and they even visited us last month and they presented us their garden flowers for our baby, and post baby dresses so many things they did for us, and they’re guiding us unconditionally.”
